Refund Policy — Wise Horizon Capital

Equipment returns. New, unopened equipment in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the equipment price. Custom-ordered or special-order equipment is final sale and non-returnable.

Installation services. Deposits applied to scheduled installation work are non-refundable once equipment has been ordered or work has begun. If we cannot complete the installation as quoted, we will refund amounts paid for work not performed.

Warranty claims. Equipment covered by a manufacturer warranty will be handled through the manufacturer or through us as the installing dealer.
