Terms of Service — Wise Horizon Capital

These terms govern the sale of equipment and installation services by Wise Horizon Capital ('we', 'us').

Services. We sell and install commercial technology equipment, including phone systems, televisions, internet systems, and security camera systems for hotels, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings.

Quotes. All work is performed under a written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Payment. A deposit may be required before equipment is ordered. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise stated in the quote.

Scheduling and site access. The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the installation site at the scheduled times and to ensure the site is ready for installation (including electrical readiness where applicable).

Equipment and warranties. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to the customer. Custom-ordered or special-order equipment is non-returnable.

Workmanship. Installation workmanship is warranted as stated in your written quote.

Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the services are performed.
